PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR USE OF AND ACCESS TO THIS APPLICATION ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THE APPLICATION IN ANY MANNER.

These Terms of Use represent an agreement between you and BNFT and contain the terms and conditions governing your use of and access to our application, our products, and services (collectively, the "application"). "You" and "your" mean the person who uses or accesses the Services. "We," "us," and "our" mean BNFT and its successors, affiliates, and assignees.

Your use of and access to the application are subject at all times to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully. By using or accessing the application, you represent that you have read and understand these Terms and our Privacy Policy and you agree to be bound by them.

1 - How it works / How to use the application?

The purpose of the application is to help you accumulate electronic points with minimal efforts. BNFT is introducing a marketplace that brings together millions of products and many merchants, including restaurants, retail and entertainment. This marketplace will allow customers to earn and redeem points at any participating merchant. BNFT enables customers to spare the remaining cash coins, add them up so in the end recover a considerable amount.

The Electronic Points are characterized by the following:

• Every Point is equivalent to the purchasing power of one EGP only.
• Pound fraction will be equivalent to decimal points and can add up to one full point/Pound.
• Every cash coin not redeemed at the merchant because of shortage of change, will be added to the subscriber points account instantly at the point of purchase.
• BNFT is only useable with cash payments and not credit payment.
• BNFT will only be useable when both the buyer and merchant are subscribed to the application.
• The Electronic Points are acceptable by member stores for making purchases either as total or partial payment according to the buyer's balance.
• Saved points are redeemable across all merchants subscribed to BNFT.
• Points are not cash-redeemable; members cannot replace or exchange their points with cash.

2 - How do I check the balance in my BNFT Account?

You may obtain information about the balance of the Electronic Points in your BNFT Account at any time by logging in to your account on the Application.

3 - Will I receive interest on Electronic Points?

You agree that you will NOT receive interest or other earnings on the Electronic Points held in your BNFT Account. The rights to Electronic Points transfer to BNFT.

4 - Are there any fees?

Subscribers/buyers pay one point as monthly fee for the services of the application — only from the fourth month onward. We reserve the right to change the fees at any time, with prior notice.

5 - Personal Information

No personal data will be released to the third-party merchants during the payment process. All personal data will be stored privately and securely. You are responsible for keeping your UNIQUE ID code, username, and password secure and confidential.
