Terms and Conditions

• The purpose of the application is to help you accumulate electronic points with minimal efforts. BNFT is introducing a marketplace that brings together millions of products and many merchants, including restaurants, retail and entertainment. This marketplace will allow customers to earn and redeem points at any participating merchant.
• BNFT enable customers to spare the remaining cash coins, add them up so in the end recover a considerable amount from the coins.
• Users and members will earn points equivalent to their remaining cash coins during any cash purchase transaction, only from merchants registered with the application.
• The Application will credit your balance with Electronic Points for every loose change remaining from the amount paid in stores that are subscribed to BNFT Application. The Electronic Points are characterized by the following:

1. Every Point is equivalent to the purchasing power of one EGP only.
2. Pound fraction will be equivalent to decimal points and can add up to one full point/Pound.
3. Every cash coin not redeemed at the merchant because of shortage of change, will be added to the subscriber points account instantly at the point of purchase with automatic referral to the merchant details and sales transaction.
4. BNFT is only useable with cash payments and not credit payment
5. BNFT will only be useable when both the buyer and merchant are subscribed to the application.
6. The Electronic Points are acceptable by the Stores that are members in our Application for making purchases either as total payment or partial payment according to the balance of the buyer.
7. Saved points are redeemable across all merchants in the marketplace as long as they are subscribed to BNFT .
8. If You do not have sufficient Points on your BNFT Account to cover the amount of the requested purchase, your request for the purchase will be declined.
9. Points are not cash- redeemable as members and users cannot replace or exchange their points with cash but can exchange with purchases.
10. You may not transfer the Points in your BNFT account to make purchases to third parties, or for any other purpose
11. BNFT provides transparency between customers and merchants to reduce fraud, loss of points, and other types of manipulation that could be attempted on transactions.
12. BNFT allows users to transfer and receive points to other subscribers

You may obtain information about the balance of the Electronic Points in your BNFT Account at any time by logging in to your account on the Application or by calling ________________ in case of any problems.

You agree that you will not receive interest or other earnings on the Electronic Points held in my BNFT Account. You irrevocably transfer and assign to BNFT any and all rights that you may have to any interest that may accrue on funds held in your BNFT Account.

The first time you download and activate the application we will send you a UNIQUE code via text message to your mobile device number and you must enter that code as instructed by BNFT .
In order to further use the application services and follow the updates, you must expressively consent to receive text messages relating to the Services at that specific mobile number. Third-party data, news or messages about fees will be addressed to you either through the application, the application website or possibly through a message to your registered device mobile number through text messages.
In case you change your mobile device number, you must promptly provide and verify your new mobile device number and feed it on your application. In addition, if you provide your email address to us, we may send you important notices via email about the Application Services and updates.

No personal data is ever released to third- party merchants. For the protection of our users and members, consumer data is always stored privately and securely.

You are solely responsible for the maintenance, confidentiality, and security of your UNIQUE ID code, username, password, and other User Information. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for all transactions and other activities authorized or performed using your username and password or mobile device, whether authorized or unauthorized by you. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law, we are not responsible for any losses arising out of the loss or theft of your User Information or your mobile device or from unauthorized or fraudulent transactions associated with your Account or your BNFT Account. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized activity or access to your username, password, or mobile device, you must contact us immediately at ____________________.

If your mobile device is lost or stolen or if you suspect someone has gained unauthorized access to your username or password, you must contact us immediately at ___________________ or ___________________. In order to take any action, you will need to provide certain User Information so we can verify your identity.

We may, in our sole discretion and without liability to you, terminate (or suspend access to) your use of the Services, Content, or your BNFT Account for any reason, including, but not limited to, your breach of these Terms.
